Night of confusion at Dancing with the Stars
I was a little disappointed that Dancing with the Stars didn’t bring back Willa because of Sara’s sudden departure, but as the saying goes – “the show much go on!” But last night’s show seemed all over the place to me. I think they were trying to do the samba, rumba or jive but what in the world was Monique Coleman dancing? It looked more like a gymnastic routine to me!
Do you get the feeling that Mario Lopez may be headed towards winning? When Judge Len Goodman said that he is close to being professional, I knew then that sounds like an endorsement to me. But when you see who is left, I think Mario Lopez is the only one with real talent.
I love Emmit Smith. He shows a lot of versatility for an ex-football player. I would give him the prize for the most fun to watch and most entertaining person on the show.
Joey Lawrence performance last night was terrible. He was trying to look sexy dancing the rumba, but his facial expressions have got to change. He looks like he is trying to be sexy but can’t figure out how to, if you know what I mean.
Then of course there is Jerry Springer. What can I say? If I were Jerry I would say I’m dropping out of the competition. His dancing is neither entertaining nor close to professionalism. It’s like watching the dancing pink elephants in the “Dumbo” Disney movie. That was cute but Jerry isn’t. It is down right awful. Go home Jerry and continue with your talk show antics.
Finally, the segment with Sara Evans was boring and non-essential. Let’s all move on.
Here is my prediction on the last two stars standing on the show – Mario Lopez and Emmitt Smith.
Until later,
Linda
